   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Предлагается метод оценки интенсивности осадков с помощью обработки изображений, полученных с камеры видимого диапазона. Основным преимуществом использования данного метода является возможность определения интенсивности по единственному изображению, что позволяет применять метод на летательных аппаратах. За счет уменьшения количества операций свертки и умножения метод обладает меньшей вычислительной сложностью.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>A method for estimating the intensity of precipitation using image processing from a camera of the visible range has been defined. The main advantage of using this method is the ability to determine the intensity using only one image. This feature allows this method on aircraft. The number of operations of convolution and multiplication was reduced. Therefore, the method has less computational complexity.</p>
