    <p>В настоящее время не вполне ясен механизм образования сложных мутаций сдвига рамки считывания, вызванных циклобутановыми пиримидиновыми димерами. Сложные мутации сдвига рамки считывания это мутации сдвига рамки, рядом с которыми находятся мутации замены оснований. Автор предложила и развивает полимеразно-таутомерную модель ультрафиолетового мутагенеза. Предлагается модель механизма образования мишенных сложных инсерций, вызванных цис-син циклобутановыми тиминовыми димерами. Рассмотрен склонный к ошибкам или SOS-синтез двунитевой ДНК, содержащей в одной из своих нитей цис-син циклобутановые тиминовые димеры TT1*, TT2* и TT5*. Цис-син циклобутановые тиминовые димеры TT1*, TT2* и TT5* содержат основания ДНК в редких таутомерных формах. Цис-син циклобутановый тиминовый димер TT2* приводит к появлению мутации сдвига рамки считывания, то есть к вставке одного или нескольких нуклеотидов. А цис-син циклобутановые тиминовые димеры TT1* и TT5* приводят к появлению мутаций замены оснований. Таким образом, вследствие образования инсерции участок ДНК удлиняется, а вследствие образования нескольких мутаций замены оснований изменяется его нуклеотидный состав. В результате участок ДНК определенной длины и определенного нуклеотидного состава заменяется участком другой длины и другого нуклеотидного состава. Появляется мишенная сложная мутация.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Now the mechanism of complex mutations formation that is called cyclobutane pyrimidine dimers has not been yet explained. Complex frameshifts are frameshifts with an adjacent base substitution. The author has proposed and developed polymerase-tautomeric model of ultraviolet mutagenesis. The mechanism of targeted complex insertions formation that is called cis-syn cyclobutane thymine dimers is proposed. It is cconsidered error- prone or SOS-synthesis of double-stranded DNA containing in one of its strands cis-syn cyclobutane thymine dimers TT1*, TT2 and TT5*. Cis- syn cyclobutane thymine dimers TT1*, TT2 and TT5* have DNA bases in rare tautomeric forms. Cis-syn cyclobutane thymine dimers TT2* leads to a frameshift mutations, that is to insert one or more nucleotides. Cis-syn cyclobutane thymine dimers TT1* and TT5* cause substitution mutations formation. Thus, due to the formation of DNA insertion portion is extended and due to the formation of several base substitution mutations changing its nucleotide composition. As a result of the DNA portion of a certain length and nucleotide composition of a certain portion is replaced by a different length and a different nucleotide composition. Targeted complex mutation is appeared.</p>
