    <p>Методом главных компонент проведен анализ экспериментальных значений химических сдвигов необменивающихся протонов само- и несамокомплементарных дезоксиолигонуклеотидов различного состава и последовательности оснований в цепи. Выявлены признаки, наиболее существенно влияющие на магнитное экранирование протонов оснований рассмотренных коротких фрагментов ДНК.</p>

    <p>The analysis of experimental values of chemical shifts of non-exchanging protons of deoxyoligonucleotides of various content and base sequence in the nucleotide chain has been made using the method of Principal Components Analysis. Most important factors influencing the shielding of protons of the considered short fragments of DNA are revealed.</p>
