   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Обосновывается модель знакопеременной хиральной периодичности в иерархиях структур белков и нуклеиновых кислот, а также хиральных соответствий при взаимодействиях макромолекул одинаковых и разных классов. Выявлено закономерное чередование знака хиральности D-L-D-L при переходе на более высокий уровень структурно-функциональной организации ДНК (первичной структурой назначается полимерная цепь дезоксирибозы), а также смены знака xиpальноcти в иерархии белковых структур L-D-L-D. Хиральная противофазность белков и ДНК формирует базовый структурный блок молекулярной биологии как ахиральный инвариант, позволяющий реализовать хиральные мотивы при взаимодействиях молекул одинаковых и разных классов с помощью взаимодействий конкретных химических групп. Перспективы практического применения развиваемого подхода связаны с моделированием взаимодействия хиральных лекарственных веществ с макромолекулами-мишенями, а также с подбором хиральных криопротекторов в методиках, связанных с криоконсервацией биоматериалов.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>A model for chiral periodicity with alternating chiral sense in hierarchies of protein and nucleic acid structures is proposed and substantiated. The model describes also chiral conformities in interactions of macromolecules of the same or different types. Regular alternation of the chirality sense is revealed in transitions from the lowest to higher levels of structural-functional organisation both in DNA molecules where it is D-L-D-L (the stucture of the deoxyribose polymeric chain is taken to be the primary structure), and in proteins where it is shifted in chiral phase to L-D-L-D. Such cross-chiral (antiphase) correspondence between proteins and DNAs forms the basic structural unit of molecular biology as an achiral invariant allowing to realise chiral motifs in the interactions of molecules of same or different classes through interactions of specific chemical groups. Prospects of practical application of the approach developed here is related to the modelling of the interaction of chiral drugs with macromolecular targets as well as with the selection of chiral cryoprotectants in the methods associated with the cryopreservation of biomaterials.</p>
