    <p>В представленной работе впервые дан анализ антирадикальной (АР) и антимикробной (АМ) активности меда, собранного из различных районов Азербайджана. Исследования проводили с использованием метода, основанного на тушении стабильного свободного радикала DРРН (2/2 дифенил-1-пикрилгидрозил, C18H12N5O6). Анализ IC50 для образца меда по отношению IC50 стандартного тушителя тролокса (аналого витамина Е) показал, что обрацы меда по эффективности АР, располагаются в следующей последовательности: Закатала (горный) &gt; Белокан (лесной) &gt; Исмаиллы &gt; Белокан (горный) &gt; Закатала (низменный) &gt; Гедабек &gt; Самух &gt; Ленкорань. Наибольшей АМ активностью против Escherichia coli и Staphylococcus aureus обладает мёд, производимый в горных районах. Предполагается, что наблюдаемая высокая АР и АМ активнсти высокогорных образцов меда, связаны с растительностью, способствующей накоплению в продуктах меда - бактерицидных, а также фенольных соединений и флавоноидов.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>In the present study for the first time we showed antiradical activity (AR) and antibacterial (AB) activity analyses of the honey from different regions of the Azerbaijan Republic. Research was carried out by usage stable free radical DPPH (2/2 diphenil-1-picrilhydrosyl, C18H12N5O6) assay. The comparative analyses of honey samples and standard TROLOX (analogue of E vitamin) showed that honey samples demonstrate their AR activity in the following order: Zagatala (mountain) &gt; Balakan (forest) &gt; Ismailli &gt; Balakan (mountain) &gt; Zagatala (plain) &gt; Gadabey &gt; Samukh &gt; Lankaran. The highest AM activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were detected for honey from mountain regions. The close correlation of the specifics of the region vegetation with AR and AB activities were found out. It’s believed that vegetation of the high mountain area caused the accumulation of flavonoids, bactericidal and phenolic compounds in the honey.</p>
