    <p>Разработка полимерных носителей для адресной доставки цитостатических препаратов, используемых для терапии онкологических заболеваний, направлена на преодоление побочных отрицательных свойств подобных лекарств таких, например, как высокая токсичность, отсутствие селективности и низкая биодоступность. Одним из перспективных типов биодеградируемых частиц для создания систем доставки лекарств являются частицы, полученные на основе амфифильных полипептидов. К преимуществам данных полимеров можно отнести их высокую биосовместимость, способность к биодегрдации и самоорганизации. В представляемой работе обсуждаются результаты по синтезу амфифильных полипептидов на основе α-L-аминокислот; получению наночастиц на их основе; изучению цитотоксичности, стабильности и способности к клеточной трансфекции полученных наночастиц; а также получению инкапсулированных форм цитостатических препаратов, используемых для терапии колоректального рака (иринотекан и 5-фторурацил).</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The development of polymeric carriers for delivery of antitumor drugs used for the cancer therapy, is aimed to overcome such negative properties of these drugs, as high toxicity, lack of selectivity and low bioavailability. The amphiphilic polypeptides represent the promising type of polymer to create drug delivery systems. The advantages of these polymers are related to their high biocompatibility, ability to biodegradation and self-assembly. In this work, the results on the synthesis of amphiphilic polypeptides based on α-L-amino acids, the preparation of nanoparticles based on them, the cytotoxicity study, the stability and ability of obtained nanoparticles to cell transfection, as well as the production of encapsulated forms of cytotoxic drugs used for the treatment of colorectal cancer (irinotecan and 5-fluoruracil) are discussed.</p>
