    <p>Известно, что функционирование многих белков и ферментов зависит от степени гидратации их поверхностей. Так, Хургиным Ю.И. с коллегами была показана зависимость активность альфа- химотрипсина от величины упругости паров воды. Влияние гидратации на функциональную активность вирусных антигенных белков на данный момент неизвестно. При этом гидратация может оказывать влияние на связывание того или иного антигенного белка с рецептором «клетки-мишени» и влиять на интерпретацию данных по определению активности антигенного белка.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>It is known that the functioning of many proteins and enzymes depends on the degree of hydration of their surfaces. So, Jurginis Y.I. with colleagues was shown the dependence of the activity of alpha-chymotrypsin on the magnitude of elasticity of water vapor. The influence of hydration on the functional activity of the viral antigenic proteins is currently unknown. In this case, the hydration can influence the binding of particular antigenic protein to a receptor &quot;target cells&quot; and affect the interpretation of data to determine the activity of the antigenic protein.</p>
