    <p>Суперсемейство ДНК-транспозонов IS630/Tc1/mariner является одним из самых широкопредставленных, как у наземных, так и водных организмов. В геноме Mnemiopsis leidyi нами обнаружены семь новых элементов, принадлежащих к данной групе мобильных генетических элементов. Филогенетический анализ и анализ каталитических доменов транспозаз обнаруженых элементов показал, что они представляют три семейства ( rosa , mariner , pogo ) из восьми, входящих в суперсемейство IS630/Tc1/mariner .</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The superfamily of DNA transposons IS630/Tc1/mariner is one of the most widely represented, both terrestrial and aquatic organisms. In the genome of Mnemiopsis leidyi , we found new seven elements belonging to this group of transposable elements. Phylogenetic analysis and analysis of the transposase catalytic domains of the detected elements showed that they represent three families ( rosa , mariner, pogo ) of the eight included in the IS630/Tc1/mariner superfamily.</p>
