    <p>Фермент азурофильных гранул нейтрофилов - миелопероксидаза (МПО), катализирующая образование гипогалоидных кислот, вовлечена в развитие многих заболеваний, среди которых сердечно-сосудистые, нейродегенеративные, онкологические и др. Актуальной является разработка современных методов обнаружения продуцируемых МПО активных форм галогенов в различных биологических жидкостях. В данной работе показана возможность использования красителя целестинового синего В для регистрации синтеза гипогалоидных кислот и их производных при активации нейтрофилов агонистами различной природы - форбол-12-миристат-13-ацетатом, N- формил-метионил-лейцил-фенилаланином, а также лектинами различной углеводной специфичности: из зародышей пшеницы ( Triticum vulgaris агглютинин), коры караганы древовидной Caragana arborescens агглютинин), коры бузины черной ( Sambucus nigra агглютинин), сои ( Glycine hispida агглютинин), канавалии ( Canavalia ensiformis агглютинин) и семян фасоли ( Phaseolus vulgaris агглютинин). Данный метод может быть использован при разработке подходов для контроля активности МПО и исследовании функционального состояния нейтрофилов.</p>

    <p>Myeloperoxidase (MPO), which catalyzes the formation of hypohaloid acids, being the enzyme of azurophilic granules of neutrophils is involved in the development of many diseases including cardiovascular, neurodegenerative, oncological etc. Therefore, the development of modern methods for detecting the active forms of halogens catalyzed by MPO in various biological fluids is topical. In this work the possibility of using dye celestine blue B for registration of hypohaloid acids and their derivatives during activation of neutrophils by agonists of different nature, such as phorbol-12-myristate-13- acetate, N-formyl-methionyl-leucyl-phenylalanine, as well as plant lectins of different carbohydrate specificity: wheat germ lectine ( Triticum vulgaris agglutinin), lectin from the bark of the сaragana tree ( Caragana arborescens agglutinin), lectin from the bark of the black elderberry ( Sambucus nigra agglutinin), soybean lectin ( Glycine hispida agglutinin), concanavalin A ( Canavalia ensiformis agglutinin) and lectin from seed beans ( Phaseolus vulgaris agglutinin) is shown. This technique can be used in the development of approach for monitoring the activity of MPO and study of the functional state of neutrophils.</p>
