   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>С использованием метода фиксации потенциала исследовано влияние двух структурно различных нейролептиков галоперидола и хлорпромазина на транспорт Na+ в коже лягушки. Впервые показано, что галоперидол и хлорпромазин модулируют трансэпителиальный транспорт Na+. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют также о том, что регуляторное влияние данных антипсихотических агентов на транспорт Na+ в коже лягушки осуществляется при участии различных сигнальных механизмов.</p>
   </abstract>
   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Using voltage-clamp technique, the influence of two structurally different neuroleptics haloperidol and chlorpromazine on Na+ transport in frog skin was investigated. It was shown for the first time that haloperidol and chlorpromazine modulate the transepithelial Na+ transport. The results obtained also suggest that the regulatory effect of these antipsychotic agents on Na+ transport in frog skin is mediated by distinct signaling mechanisms.</p>
