    <p>Кинетика образования в водно-солевых растворах упорядоченных агрегационных структур краунсодержащим производным феноксазона (КФ), обладающим противоопухолевой активностью, и его взаимодействие с молекулой ДНК исследованы методами спектрофотометрии и спектрополяриметрии. Показано, что в зависимости от природы противоиона и ионной силы среды КФ образует агрегационные структуры Н- и J-типа в результате межмолекулярного взаимодействия радикалов -бензо-(15-краун-5), ассоциирующих катионы K+ или Na+. Высокое сродство КФ к ДНК в присутствии ионов K+ препятствует образованию агрегатов. В присутствии ионов Na+ процессы образования агрегатов КФ и его комплексов с ДНК идут параллельно. Наличие краунгруппировок в структуре КФ влияет на его способ связывания с ДНК в зависимости от природы противоиона в растворе.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Kinetics of the formation of ordered aggregation structures in aqueous-salt solutions of the crown-containing phenoxazone derivative (CPh), which has antitumor activity, and the interaction of the latter with the DNA molecule were studied by spectrophotometry and spectropolarimetry. It is shown that, depending on the nature of the counterion and the ionic strength of the medium, CPh forms H- and J-type aggregation structures as a result of the intermolecular interaction of -benzo-(15-crown-5) radicals associating K+ or Na+ cations. The high affinity of CPh to DNA in the presence of K+ ions prevents the formation of aggregates. In the presence of Na+ ions, the formation of complexes with DNA and CPh aggregates proceeds in parallel.The presence of crown-radicals in the CPh structure affects the way of its binding with DNA depending on the nature of the counterion in the solution.</p>
