    <p>Рассмотрены основные механизмы действия низкоинтенсивного лазерного излучения на клетки, митохондрии, мембраны и белки. Показано, что основными механизмами действия низкоинтенсивного лазерного излучения на биологические объекты являются - фотолиз нитрозильных комплексов гемопротеинов и фотодинамическое действие лазерного излучения с участием фотосенсибилизаторов, к которым в первую очередь относятся порфирины. В результате воздействия лазерного излучения можно наблюдать активацию образования активных форм кислорода лейкоцитами, усиление дыхания митохондрий и увеличение пероксидазной активности цитохрома С. Эти явления играют важную роль в таких физиологических процессах как апоптоз, воспаление и эндотоксический шок.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Major mechanisms of low power laser radiation effects on cells, mitochondria, membranes and proteins are considered. It is demonstrated that the main reactions of low power laser effects on biological systems are hemeprotein nitrosyl complex photolysis and laser radiation photodynamic effects, mediated by photosensitizers, primarily, porphyrins. Effects of low power laser radiation can be realized as activation of active oxygen species generation by leukocytes, enhancement of mitochondrial respiration and increase of cytochrome С peroxidase activity. These effects are crucial steps of such physiological processes as apoptosis, inflammation and endotoxic shock.</p>
