   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>В геноме Drosophila присутствует несколько десятков транскрипционных факторов, содержащих ВТВ-домены, формирующие октамеры (группа ТТК). При помощи метода малоуглового рассеяния рентгеновских лучей (SAXS) получены первые данные о пространственной структуре доменов данного типа двух белков - CG6765 и CG32121. Данные SAXS подтверждают способность доменов этого типа к октамеризации. Построены модели низкого разрешения, позволяющие сделать выводы о пространственной организации октамеров.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Drosophila genome contains near 30 transcription factors containing BTB-domains able to form octamers (TTK group). Spatial structure of two domains of this group - CG6765 and CG32121 was studied using small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS). SAXS data confirm that these domains are able to form octamers and provide insight into the structure of such octamers.</p>
