    <p>В рамках теории функционала плотности (DFT) с использованием гибридного функционала B3LYP рассчитаны геометрические, электронные и термохимические характеристики молекул и катион-радикалов замещенных одно-, двух-, трехатомных фенолов. Определены кинетические параметры реакции лакказного окисления многоатомных фенолов, гидроксибензойных кислот и аскорбиновой кислоты в цитратном буферном растворе pH = 4,6, 308 К. Активность лакказы Trametes Versicolor в реакции окисления фенолов сопоставлена с величинами потенциала ионизации изучаемых субстратов.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Geometric, electronic and thermochemical characteristics of molecules and cation-radicals of substituted mono-, di-, triatomic phenols have been calculated within the framework of the density functional theory (DFT) using the B3LYP hybrid functional. The kinetic parameters of the laccase oxidation reaction of polyatomic phenols and ascorbic acid in citrate buffer pH = 4,6, 308 K. The activity of laccase from Trametes Versicolor in the oxidation reaction of phenols is compared with the values of the ionization potential of the studied substrates.</p>
