    <p>Исследованы закономерности распространения и численность гетеротрофных бактерий перифитона и морской воды в Голубой бухте (Севастополь, Чёрное море). Показано, что значения численности бактерий в морской воде на 2-3 порядка ниже, чем в перифитоне. Установлено, что Голубая бухта не подвержена хроническому нефтяному загрязнению. Наличие гетеротрофных, липолитических и амилолитических микроорганизмов свидетельствует о присутствии в воде загрязнений органического происхождения. Фенолокисляющие бактерии в морской воде не выявлены. Предложены меры по улучшению качества морской воды в районе пляжа Голубой бухты.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The distribution and number of heterotrophic bacteria of periphyton and sea water in the Golubaya Bay (Sevastopol, Black sea) were investigated. It was shown that the number of bacteria in sea water on 2-3 orders lower than in the periphyton. It was established that the Golubaya Bay is not exposed of chronic oil pollution. The phenol-oxidizing bacteria in seawater were not detected. The existence of heterotrophic, lipolytic and amylolytic microorganisms evidence of organic contaminants in water. Measures to improve the quality of sea water in the area of Golubaya Bay were proposed.</p>
