    <p>Исследовано влияние импульсного магнитного поля при определенных его параметрах (напряженности H, частоте f, количестве импульсов n) на взаимодействие флавоноидов из водного растительного экстракта с макромолекулами бактериальной целлюлозной пленки. О том, что произошло связывание молекул флавоноидов с целлюлозой, судили по достоверному уменьшению концентрации флавоноиодов в растворе растительного экстракта после воздействия на него импульсными магнитными полями, а также по дальнейшему вымыванию данных биологически активных веществ из высушенных пленок бактериальной целлюлозы. Была выдвинута гипотеза об усилении сорбционных свойств бактериальных целлюлозных пленок в условиях воздействия импульсных магнитных полей из-за увеличения подвижности микрофобрилл целлюлозы.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The effect of the pulsed magnetic field at certain parameters (intensity H, frequency f, number of pulses n) on the interaction of flavonoids from the aqueous plant extract with macromolecules of the bacterial cellulose film was studied. The fact that there was a binding of flavonoid molecules with cellulose was judged by a significant decrease in the concentration of flavonoids in the solution of the plant extract after exposure to pulsed magnetic fields, as well as by further leaching of these biologically active substances from the dried films of bacterial cellulose. The hypothesis was proposed about the strengthening of the sorption properties of bacterial cellulose films in the conditions of influence of pulsed magnetic fields for increasing the mobility of microfibril cellulose.</p>
