   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Приведен обзор исследований по влиянию векторного потенциала (ВП) на ряд биологических и физиологических процессов. Показано, что дополнительный стационарный векторный потенциал, создаваемый специальным сконструированным устройством, вызывает изменение свойств очищенной воды и вызывает ряд биологических эффектов у разных объектов разных групп. Приведены примеры влияния модулированного ВП (векторного потенциала) на ряд физиологических показателей организма человека. Приведенные примеры свидетельствуют о том, что действие ВП - это важный фактор, модулирующий множество химических и биологических процессов.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Brief review of both experimental and theoretical works carried out during last fifteen years aimed to studies of the influence of additional vector potential on the different biological and physiological processes. It was shown that the additional vector potential produced by a spatial device caused changes of water UV-absorption, silica admixture, sugar fermentation and alteration in other activities in different biological entities. Also the influence of the modulated vector potential on different human physiological parameters is presented. These examples illustrate the important role of vector potential in numerous chemical and biological processes.</p>
