    <p>В статье рассмотрены методики выделения ДНК из цианобактерии Arthrospira platensis. Для контроля чистоты и целостности исследуемой культуры использовался микроскопический и спектрофотометрический анализ. Эксперимент по выделению ДНК проводился по четырём различным протоколам: два с использованием колонок, кислотно-щелочной и с помощью набора «ДНК-экстран». Контроль чистоты выделенной ДНК и определение ее концентрации определялось с помощью спектрофотометра Implen NanoPhotometer N60. Наибольшая концентрация выделенной ДНК была получена с использованием кислотно-щелочного метода, при этом наиболее чистые препараты были выделены набором «ДНК-экстран» и на колонках «К-СОРБ».</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The article discusses the methods for DNA extraction from cyanobacteria Arthrospira platensis. Microscopic and spectrophotometric analysis was used to control the purity and integrity of the culture under study. The DNA extraction experiment was performed using four different protocols: two using columns, an acid-base one, and a set of&quot;DNA-extran&quot;. Control of the purity of the isolated DNA and determination of its concentration was determined using the Implen NanoPhotometer N60 spectrophotometer. The highest concentration of isolated DNA was obtained using the acid-base method, while the purest preparations were isolated using a set of &quot;DNA-extran&quot; and &quot;K-Sorb&quot; columns.</p>
