    <p>В данной работе методом молекулярной механики ММ+ исследованы динамические свойства молекул аллатостатинов, выявлены устойчивые элементы пространственной структуры, проведена количественная оценка пределов изменения двугранных углов основной цепи пептидных молекул в процессе динамических перестроек. Полуэмпирическим методом квантовой химии MNDO в стандартной параметризации было исследовано также электронное строение аллатостатинов и проведен сопоставительный анализ полученных результатов.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>In this work, the dynamic properties of allatostatin molecules are investigated by the method of molecular mechanics MM +, stable elements of the spatial structure are revealed, and a quantitative assessment is made of the limits of changes in the dihedral angles of the main chain of peptide molecules in the process of dynamic rearrangements. The electronic structure of allatostatins was also investigated by the semiempirical method of quantum chemistry MNDO in standard parametrization, and a comparative analysis of the obtained results was carried out.</p>
