    <p>Работа посвящена исследованию агрегации алкалоида растительного происхождения берберина с кофеином и фуллереном С60 в водных растворах. Методом спектрофотометрического титрования была исследована агрегация данных молекул. С помощью статистико-термодинамических моделей получены оценки равновесных констант агрегации, при этом константа гетероассоциации берберина и кофеина оценена впервые. Методом молекулярного докинга получено подтверждение этих количественных оценок. Полученные результаты находятся в полном согласии с выводами проведенных ранее подобных исследований. Сформулированы направления дальнейшей работы по изучению агрегации берберина с биологически важными молекулами.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The work is devoted to the study of aggregation of the plant alkaloid berberine with caffeine and C60 fullerene in aqueous solutions. The aggregation of these molecules was investigated by UV/Vis titration technique. Statistical thermodynamic models were used to estimate the equilibrium aggregation constants, while the hetero-association constant of berberine and caffeine was estimated for the first time. The molecular docking technique was used to confirm these quantitative estimates. The results obtained are in full agreement with the conclusions of previous similar studies. The directions of further work on the study of the aggregation of berberine with biologically important molecules are formulated.</p>
