    <p>В последнее время актуально использование патогенных вирусов для борьбы с раковыми клетками, в том числе аденовирусов. Культура клеток линии карциномы шейки матки (HeLa) является популярной моделью для исследования факторов, влияющих на показатели жизнеспособности онкоклеток. Целью данной работы является исследование транмембранных потенциалов (ТМП) и энергетической активности митохондрий в клетках HeLa чистой культуры в процессе их размораживания и культивирования после инфицирования аденовирусом. Для оценки цитофизических показателей использовали полихроматический флуоресцентный зонд 4-n-диметиламностирил-1-метилпиридиний (ДСМ). Микрофлуорметрические исследования показали, что высокий уровень отрицательного ТМП ≥ |-150| mv, достигается через 6 - 12 ч, а максимальный ТМП ≥ |- 200| mv - через 24 ч после размораживания и культивирования чистых клеток. Размножение аденовируса в клетках культуры HeLa приводит к деэнергизации митохондрий, к изменению электрических и структурных свойств клеточных мембран и ядерного хроматина, в итоге к нарушению жизнеспособности раковых клеток.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Recently, the use of pathogenic viruses including adenoviruses to fight cancer cells, has become relevant. Cervical carcinoma cell line (HeLa) culture is a convenient model to study the factors influencing the cancer cells viability. This work aim is to study the transmembrane potentials (TMP) and mitochondria energy activity in pure HeLa cells during its defrosting and after infected with adenovirus. A polychromatic fluorescent probe 4-n-dimethylamnostyryl-1-methylpyridinium (DSM) was used to evaluate the cells cytophysical parameters. Microfluorometric studies found that high TMP ≥ | -150 | mv is reached after 6-12 hours and the maximum TMP ≥ |- 200| mv is reached after 24 hours after thawing and culturing pure cells. It was found that adenovirus reproduction in HeLa culture cells leads to mitochondria deenergization, a change in the electrical and structural properties of cell membranes and nuclear chromatin, as a result, to disruption of cancer cells viability.</p>
