   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Проведено исследование остаточных и переходных радиационных эффектов при воздействии стационарного и импульсного облучения гамма-квантами на характеристики датчиков ультрафиолетового излучения на основе природного алмаза с различными концентрациями сопутствующей примеси азота. Установлено, что влияние переходных радиационных эффектов может быть оценено с помощью модели BARITT диода.</p>

    <p>Total dose and dose rate effects are investigated in ultraviolet sensors based on natural diamond with various concentrations of nitrogen impurity. Transient effects in the devices based on IIa-group natural diamond are described with a BARITT diode model.</p>
