    <p>Исследованы процессы генерации и детектирования импульсного и непрерывного терагерцового излучения фотопроводящими дипольными антеннами на основе полупроводниковых материалов с малым и большим временем жизни носителей заряда. Проведено моделирование процессов генерации импульсного и непрерывного терагерцового излучения. Изучено влияние параметров активной полупроводниковой среды на генерационные и детектирующие характеристики фотопроводящих дипольных антенн на основе LT-GaAs и SI-GaAs:Cr.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>CW and pulsed terahertz generation and detection by photoconductive dipole antennas based on semiconductor materials with short and long charge carrier lifetimes has been studied. The modeling of pulsed and CW terahertz generation has been carried out. The influence of the parameters of the active semiconductor medium on the generation and detection characteristics of photoconductive dipole antennas has been studied.</p>
