   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>В настоящей статье представлены результаты работ по созданию и характеризации новых нанокомпозитных биомиметических биосовместимых мембранных везикул, образованных молекулами фосфолипидов, полимеров и включающих в свой состав функциональные неорганические наночастицы золота или магнетита. Также представлены результаты экспериментов по воздействию на суспензию таких везикул импульсного электрического поля напряженностью от 5×105 до 15×106 В/м. Установлено, что такое воздействие приводило к активации везикул, при которой происходили структурные изменения мембран и выход содержимого везикул наружу. Полученные результаты указывают на возможности использования таких везикул для создания эффективных средств капсулирования, адресной доставки и управляемого высвобождения лекарственных и биологически активных веществ.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>In this article we present results of the work for creating and characterization of novel nanocomposite biomimetic and biocompatible vesicles based on phospholipids, polymers and functional inorganic gold or magnetite nanoparticles. The effect of pulsed electric field with magnitude from 5×105 to 15×106 Volts per meter on the aqueous suspension of vesicles have been studied. It was shown that such electric pulses caused activation of the vesicles accompanied by structural changes of membranes and resulted in release of the vesicle contents out. The data obtained point to the possibility for use of such nanocomposite vesicles for development of new effective means for capsulating, targeted delivery and controlled release of medical and bio-active compounds.</p>
