    <p>В эритроцитах 74 больных гастроинтестинальным раком, раком легких распространенных стадий исследованы особенности ферментативной активности глюкозо-6-фосфатдегидрогеназы, глицеральдегид-3-фосфатдегидрогеназы, лактатдегидрогеназы, глутатионпероксидазы. Установлено повышение активности ферментов гликолиза и снижение активности ключевого фермента прямого пути окисления глюкозы. При этом отмечено нарастание уровней 2,3-дифосфоглицерата. Это может быть связано с изменением энергообмена эритроцитов и развитием дисфункции. Установлена обратная связь между нарастанием активности глицеральдегид-3-фосфатдегидрогеназы и снижением активности глутатионпероксидазы (показатель корреляции Спирмена ρ = -0,69, т.е. отрицательная связь). Последнему способствовало снижение активности глюкозо-6-фосфатдегидрогеназы, как следствие дефицит НАДФН+Н+. Следовательно, дисметаболические процессы в эритроцитах могут быть связанными с нарушениями процессов тканевой оксигенации у больных раком распространенных стадий.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>A comparative study of the enzymes activity of glucose metabolism and the activity of antioxidant defense enzyme in erythrocytes of patient with advanced tumors of different localizations was carried out. Aim : To evaluate the prognostic relevance of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase, lactate dehydrogenase, glutathione peroxidase activity in erythrocytes. Methods: Enzyme activities were determined spectrophotometrically in red blood cells of 30 patients with advanced gastric cancer, 15 patients with colorectal cancer, 29 patients with lung cancer. Results: It was demonstrated that, the according to the differences of glyceraldehyde-3- phosphate dehydrogenase and glutathione peroxidase activities the erythrocytes were subdivided in two subgroups with glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase activity increasing and the minimal levels of glutathione peroxidase activity. It was correlated with the 2,3-diphosphoglycerate levels increasing, but not ATP. The glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase and the glutathione peroxidase erythrocytes activities can to be used as a prognostic markers of red blood cells dysfunction.</p>
