    <p>Показано, что воздействие комбинированными постоянным (42 мкТл) и коллинеарным ему очень слабым переменным низкочастотным (1 Гц, 600 нТл; 4,4 Гц, 100 нТл; 16,5 Гц, 160 нТл) магнитными полями на гепаринизированную и разбавленную кровь при физиологических температурах вызывает значительное усиление ее хемилюминесценции после добавки люминола. Для проявления этого эффекта не требуется дополнительного применения химических активаторов респираторного взрыва. В отличие от этого, предварительное часовое экспонирование суспензии нейтрофилов в слабых КМП вызывает значительное усиление хемилюминесценции этих клеток только в ответ на введение малых концентраций активатора респираторного взрыва - формилированного пептида N-formyl-Met-Leu-Phe в присутствии люминола. Сама реакция нейтрофилов на введение люминола без активаторов респираторного взрыва слабо выражена.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>It is shown that the combined effect of a static magnetic field (42 mT) and low-frequency collinear very weak alternating magnetic field with low frequency (1 Hz, 600 nT; 4.4 Hz, 100 nT; 16.5 Hz, 160 nT) on heparinized and diluted blood at physiological temperatures, resulted in a sharp increase in its chemiluminescence after addition of luminol. No additional use of chemical respiratory explosion activators is required for manifestation of this effect. In contrast, preliminary hourly exposure of a neutrophil suspension in weak magnetic fields significantly increases the chemiluminescence of these cells only in response to addition of small concentrations of the respiratory burst activator - the formylated peptide N-formyl-Met-Leu-Phe in presence of luminol. The response of the neutrophils on addition of luminol without activators of respiratory explosion is poorly expressed.</p>
