<abstract xml:lang="ru">

The problem of scaffold constructing for the basic principles of cell biology, that allow to develop theoretical biology within the framework of the physical theory of living systems is analyzed in the paper. The proposed solution of the problem is based on the introduction of non-numerical variables, which allows us to formulate additional principles of cell biology. We suggested the principles: permanent concern, creation and emergence principles, measurement of cell state by another cell, biological measures, dependence of cellular signals from the state of measuring cell. This approach has prospects for the necessary formalization of all descriptive biology into a unified theory.
