    <p>В работе показана возможность восстановления серебра на ДНК с использованием соединения серебра с фенантролином (AgPhen). При достаточно больших концентрациях AgPhen и ДНК в растворе и при добавлении восстановителя образуются фибриллы с металлическим серебром. Для формирования таких структур макромолекула выступает в качестве основы. Получены изображения структур методами атомной силовой, сканирующей электронной и просвечивающей электронной микроскопии.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The research shows the possibility of silver reduction on DNA using a silver compound with phenanthroline acetate bis(1,10-phenanthroline)silver(I) (AgPhen). At sufficiently high concentrations of AgPhen and DNA in solution and with the addition of a reducing agent, fibrils with metallic silver are formed. To form such structures, the macromolecule acts as the template. Images of structures were obtained using atomic force, scanning electron and transmission electron microscopy.</p>
