    <p>В последние годы разработка новых функциональных наноматериалов для диагностики и терапии онкологических заболеваний привлекает все большее внимание. Для эффективной терапии рака важно разработать систему тераностики на основе наноматериалов, которая способна реагировать на локальную опухолевую среду или внешние раздражители, такие как температура, рН, магнитное поле, свет и т.д. Одним из наиболее перспективных таких материалов является наноразмерный оксид вольфрама (WO3), полупроводник с широкой полосой пропускания n-типа с химическим типом хромирования, что придает ему уникальные фотокаталитические свойства. В рамках данной работы нами изучено влияние поливинилпироллидон (ПВП)- стабилизированных наночастиц WO3 на метаболическую и пролиферативную активность нормальных и трансформированных клеток человека in vitro. </p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The development of new functional nanomaterials for the diagnosis and therapy of cancer has attracted increasing attention in recent years. For effective cancer therapy, it is important to develop a new theranostic system based on unique nanomaterials that is capable of responding to a local tumor environment or external stimuli such as temperature, pH, magnetic field, light, etc. One of the most promising materials is nanocrystalline tungsten oxide (WO3), a semiconductor with a wide n-type bandwidth with a chemical type of chromium, which gives it unique photocatalytic properties. Within the framework of this work, we studied the effect of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) - stabilized WO3 nanoparticles on the metabolic and proliferative activity of normal and malignant human cells in vitro .</p>
