    <p>Исследованы антирадикальные, антиоксидантные и противотоксические свойства производных 3-гидроксиксипиридина (3-ОП), в частности N-ацетилцистеинат 2-этил-6-метил-3-гидроксипиридина (3-ОП). Показаны высокие значения антирадикальной активности этого препарата. В модельных экспериментах препарат предотвращал активацию ПОЛ в мембранах митохондрий печени крыс и митохондрий проростков гороха в диапазоне концентраций 10-6-10-16М. Он снижал интенсивность ПОЛ до контрольных значений в условиях затравки животных газо-воздушной смесью, содержащей полициклические ароматические углеводороды (ПАУ), которая вызывала 6-кратный рост интенсивности флуоресценции продуктов ПОЛ в мембранах митохондрий печени. Предупреждение ПОЛ способствовало сохранению функциональной активности митохондрий. Обладая антирадикальной и антиоксидантной активностью препарат предупреждал индукцию цитохрома Р450 в ткани печени при затравке животных ПАУ, что свидетельствовало о наличии у него антитоксических свойств.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Antiradical, antioxidant and anti-toxic properties of 3-hydroxypyridine derivatives (3-OP), in particular N-acetylcysteine 2-ethyl-6-methyl-3-hydroxypyridine (3-OP), were studied. High values of antiradical activity of this preparation are shown. In model experiments, the drug prevented the activation of lipid peroxidation in the membranes of rat liver mitochondria and pea seedlings mitochondria in the concentration range 10-6 - 10-16M. He reduced the intensity of LPO up to control values under conditions of treatment animals with a gas-air mixture, containing polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons PAH, which caused a 6-fold increase in fluorescence intensity of LPO products in membranes of liver mitochondria. Averting of LPO contributed to the preservation of the functional activity of mitochondria Possessing antiradical and antioxidant activity, the preparation prevented the induction of cytochrome P-450 in liver tissue in case of processing animals with polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), indicating the presence at him of detoxification properties.</p>
