    <p>Исследованы особенности динамики содержания пигментов и их соотношения в накопительной культуре D. salina при различной поверхностной освещённости. Показано, что изменение поверхностной освещённости в диапазоне 60-250 Вт/м2 оказывает влияние как на содержание хлорофилла а и суммарных каротиноидов в культуре D. salina , так и на их соотношение. Так, повышение освещённости от 60 до 250 Вт/м2 приводит к увеличению соотношения Кар/Хл а в 1,4-1,7 раза.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The speciality of pigments accumulation and its ratio in batch culture of D. salina under the different level of cultivator’s operational surface irradiance were researched. It is experimentally shown, that the variation of cultivator’s the irradiance level in the range 60-250 Watt·m-2 influenced on pigments content and total carotenoids in D. salina culture, as well as on its ratio. Thus, surface irradiance increase by a factor of 4,2 (from 60 to 250 Watt·m-2) caused 1,4-1,7 times growth of Car/Chl a ratio.</p>
