   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>В работе проведен критический анализ опубликованной ранее «масштабированной» модели комплексообразования в системе Фуллерен С60 - Лиганд. Выведены уравнения обобщенной «масштабированной» модели, главной особенностью которых является учет полидисперсности смеси. Проведена аппроксимация опубликованных экспериментальных данных спектрофотометрического титрования в системе Фуллерен С60 - Доксорубицин. Обобщенная модель хорошо описывает минимум на кривой титрования и дает удовлетворительную количественную оценку процесса комплексообразования. Модель может быть применена при исследовании фуллерена С60 как системы доставки лекарственных препаратов к пораженным клеткам.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Previously published ‘up-scaled’ model of complexation in ‘C60 fullerene - Ligand’ system was critically analyzed. The equations of the generalized ‘up-scaled’ model accounting for the polydispersity of the mixture were derived. The approximation of the published experimental data of spectrophotometric titration in the ‘C60 fullerene - Doxorubicin’ system was carried out. The generalized model fits the minimum in the titration curve and gives a satisfactory quantitative evaluation of the complexation process. The model can be used in different studies of C60 fullerene as a drug delivery system to damaged cells.</p>
