   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Проведено исследование феррокинетики, общей антиоксидантной активности и концентрации лактоферрина в плазме крови у детей с железодефицитными состояниями (железодефицитной анемией и латентным дефицитом железа) в возрасте 0-17 лет до и после лечения. Обнаружено возрастание содержания ферритина (от 5,9 до 10,3 нг/мл) и железа (от 11,5 до 23,5 ммоль/л) сыворотки крови, а также снижение общей антиоксидантной активности плазмы крови детей подростковой группы с ЖДА после лечения ферропрепаратами по сравнению с данными пациентами до лечения (на 20%, Р &lt; 0,05). Показано, что при дефиците железа возрастает содержание лактоферрина в плазме крови с максимальным значением у детей в возрасте 0-3 месяца. На фоне ферротерапии концентрация лактоферрина также повышается по сравнению с соответствующими показателями до начала лечения. Полученные результаты указывают на необходимость учета уровня общей антиоксидантной активности плазмы крови детей с железодефицитными состояниями при назначении им терапии с использованием ферропрепаратов.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The investigation of ferrokinetics, total antioxidant activity, and plasma lactoferrin concentration in the plasma of children 0-17 years old with iron deficiency (iron-deficiency anemia and latent iron deficiency) before and after treatment was made. It was shown that after treatment with ferro drug group of adolescent patients, ferritin (from 5.9 to 10.3 ng/ml) and iron (from 11.5 to 23.5 mmol/l) concentration in blood serum increased, but total plasma antioxidant activity decreased in contrast with data before treatment (~20%, Р &lt; 0.05). While iron deficiency lactoferrin concentration in plasma raised with a maximum in a group of children 0-3-month-old. During ferrotherapy lactoferrin concentration also increased in comparison with the results before treatment. Obtained results showed the necessity of considering the level total antioxidant activity of plasma children with iron deficiency during treatment with fero drugs.</p>
