    <p>Обсуждается проблема измерения плотности культур диатомовых водорослей. Получены коэффициенты перехода между различными методами измерения плотности диатомовых водорослей на примере Cylindrotheca closterium (Ehrenb.) Reimann et Lewin. Показаны достоинства и недостатки всех методов оценки плотности культур диатомовых водорослей . В данной работе также указаны пределы применимости всех методов оценки биомассы диатомей.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The problem of diatom cultures density measuring is discussed. Transition coefficients between different methods for measuring the density of diatoms were obtained using the example of Cylindrotheca closterium (Ehrenb.) Reimann et Lewin. The advantages and disadvantages of all methods for assessing the density of diatom cultures are shown. This work also indicates the limits of applicability of all methods for assessing the biomass of diatoms.</p>
