   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Установлено, что ионы цинка при действии на эритроциты человека in vitro не оказывают видимого влияния на количество и степень упаковки детергент-резистентных мембран (липидных рафтов), с одной стороны, но в то же время модифицируют их структуру (изменяя локализацию как белка-маркера липидных рафтов - стоматина, так и интегрального белка - белка полосы 3) и изменяют латеральное распределение холестерина в цитоплазматической мембране. Показано, что разрушение детергент-резистентных участков мембраны эритроцитов в результате экстракции холестерина in vitro приводит к потере функциональной активности мембраносвязан-ного интегрального белка-транспортера MRP1.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>It was obtained that zinc ions under interaction with human erythrocytes in vitro haven’t a visible effect on the quantity and degree of packing of detergent-resistant membranes (DRMs) or lipid rafts. At the same time, zinc ions can modify the lipid rafts structure (changing the localization as a protein-DRM marker - stomatin, as an integral protein - protein band 3) and lateral distribution of cholesterol in the erythrocyte membranes. Moreover, it was shown that DRMs destruction шт human erythrocytes as a result of in vitro extraction of membrane cholesterol leads to a loss of the functional activity of the membrane-bound integral protein-transporter MRP1.</p>
