    <p>Определено влияние гиалуроновой кислоты (ГК - биополимера, компонента внеклеточного матрикса, высокомолекулярного компонента, простая структура которого при эволюционном развитии не изменилась и одинакова у всех млекопитающих) на осаждение биосовместимого гидроксиапатита кальция (Ca10(PO4)6(ОН)2, ГА) в водной системе CaCl2-(NH4)2HPO4-ГК-H2O (25 0С). Синтезированные наноразмерные органоминеральные композиты (ОМК) ГА/ГК составов Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2-(ГК)х·zH2O, где х = 0,1, 0,2, 0,3; z = 5,3-10,0 изучены методами физикохимического анализа (регнтгенофазового, химического и термического анализа, инфракрасной спектроскопии), установлены фундаментальные взаимосвязи состав - структура - свойства и предложены способы направленного синтеза ОМК ГА/ГК - перспективных материалов для костных имплантатов.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Hyaluronic acid (Ha - biopolymer, the component of cell matrix, highemolecular component, which simple structure do not changes and identical for all mammals) influence on calcium hydroxyapatite precipitation (Ca10(PO4)6(ОН)2, HА) in water system CaCl2-(NH4)2HPO4-Ha-H2O (25 0С) estimated. Manufactured nanosized organomineral composited (OMC) HA/Ha with compositions Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2-(Ha)х·zH2O, х = 0.1, 0.2, 0.3; z = 5.3-10.0 with physical and chemical methods (X-ray, chemical and thermal analysis, infrared spectroscopy) studied, the fundamental couplings composition - structure - properties estimated and directed synthesis methods for OMC HA/Ha (prospective materials for bone implants) was proposed.</p>
