    <p>В работе представлены результаты исследований периодов в диапазоне 10-300 мин во временных рядах флуктуаций процессов различной природы. Данные исследования позволили выявить спектр периодов, повторяющийся в исследованных временных рядах, в том числе, биологического происхождения. В настоящей работе рассматриваются дальнейшие исследования этого спектра, а также его совпадение с околочасовыми ритмами, которые, как было продемонстрировано в ходе более чем полувековой истории их исследований, присутствуют в динамике практически любых биологических систем. Такое совпадение, по нашему мнению, свидетельствует о наличии внешнего синхронизатора околочасовых ритмов.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The paper presents studies of periods in the range of 10-300 min in time series of fluctuations of processes of various nature. The research data made it possible to identify a spectrum of periods, repeating in the studied time series, including those of biological origin. The work discusses further studies of this spectrum, as well as its coincidence with circahoralian rhythms, which, as has been demonstrated in the course of more than half a century of their research, are present in the dynamics of almost any biological systems. Such a coincidence, in our opinion, indicates an external nature of circahoralian rhythms synchronizer.</p>
