    <p>В работе исследовано влияние электромагнитных волн миллиметрового диапазона (ММ ЭМВ) на особенности комплексообразования Hoechst 33258 (Н33258) с биомакромолекулами – ДНК и сывороточным альбумином человека (САЧ) методами абсорбционной и флуоресцентной спектроскопий. Показано, что спектроскопические характеристики комплексов ДНК-Н33258 и САЧ-Н33258 зависят от частоты облучения ММ ЭМВ. Показано также, что при облучении частотой 41,8 ГГц воздействие ММ ЭМВ выражено гораздо слабее, чем при облучении частотой 50,3 ГГц, что подтверждает роль воды во влиянии ММ ЭМВ, поскольку частота 50,3 ГГц является резонансной частотой для воды. С другой стороны, показано, что облучение ММ ЭМВ приводит к понижению сродства Н33258 к биомакромолекулам, поскольку облучение ММ ЭМВ приводит к уменьшению параметров связывания Н33258 с ДНК и САЧ. Кроме того, облучение ММ ЭМВ приводит к тому, что тушение флуоресценции Н33258 с помощью ДНК и САЧ ослабевает. Важным заключением является и то, что облучение ММ ЭМВ с частотой 41,8 ГГц вызывает слабое изменение вышеотмеченных параметров комплексов ДНК-Н33258, в то время как на комплексы САЧ-Н33258 оставляет значительное влияние.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>In this work the effect of millimeter range electromagnetic waves (MM EMW) on complex-formation peculiarities of Hoechst 33258 (H33258) with biomacromolecules – DNA and human serum albumin (HSA) has been studied by the methods of absorption and fluorescence spectroscopies. Spectroscopic characteristics of the complexes DNA-H33258 and HSA-H33258 were shown to depend on the irradiation frequency of MM EMW. It was also shown that at the irradiation by the frequency 41.8 GHz the effect of MM EMW is pronounced weaker, than at the irradiation by 50.3 GHz, which maintains the water role in the influence of MM EMW, since the frequency 50.3 GHz is resonant one for water. On the other hand, it was revealed that the irradiation of MM EMW leads to decreasing of H33258 affinity to biomacromolecules, since the MM EMW irradiation results in decreasing of the binding parameters of H33258 to DNA and HSA. Besides, the MM EMW irradiation results in the weakening of H33258 fluorescence by DNA and HSA. The important conclusion also is the fact that the irradiation of MM EMW by the frequency 41.8 GHz invokes a weak change of the aforementioned parameters of the complexes DNA-H33258, while it leaves a significant influence on the complexes HSA-H33258.</p>
