The paper presents the results of an experimental study of density, viscosity, the amplitude of the absorption coefficient and the ultrasound propagation velocity in the blood serum of piglets. Based on these data, using the theory of Eyring, the calculation of enthalpy, entropy and free energy of activation of viscous flow was held. We have calculated the magnitude of the classical absorption and adiabatic compressibility. It was also established the presence of the relaxation process in the frequency range of 10 ÷ 100 MHz.
