The results of experimental studies of the dynamics of the functional state of the person who is within the zone of active geological fault, which is characterized by abnormal indices of spatial distribution of the values of the magnetic field vector. It is shown that these geophysical faults have a pronounced effect on the fluctuations of the electrical activity of the human brain. Found that when a person gets into a zone with abnormal levels of gradient magnetic field in the absence of any subjective sensations, there is a non-specific activation of the orientation reaction, characterized by a significant increase in the levels of peak performance in key functional EEG frequency bands.
