The electronic structure, molecular dynamics and conformational properties of electron-molecule CREKA are researched by Half-empirical methods of quantum chemistry CNDO and methods of molecular dynamics. Relatively conservative and sensitive to conformational rearrangements portions of the molecule have been identified.
