CHEMILUMINESCENCE IN THE PROCESS OF ENZYMATIC OXIDATION OF POLYATOMIC PHENOLS

Abstract (English):
The kinetics of chemiluminescence in the process of enzymatic oxidation of polyatomic phenols by molecular oxygen in the presence of laccase from Trametes versicolor was studied. The spectral characteristics of the chemiluminescence emission were established. The experimental data obtained support the occurrence of the oxidase process by a radical mechanism.
