STUDIES OF OCTAMERIC TRAMTRACK GROUP BTB-DOMAINS USING SMALL-ANGLE X-RAY SCATTERING (SAXS)
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
Drosophila genome contains near 30 transcription factors containing BTB-domains able to form octamers (TTK group). Spatial structure of two domains of this group - CG6765 and CG32121 was studied using small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS). SAXS data confirm that these domains are able to form octamers and provide insight into the structure of such octamers.

Keywords:
multimerization, small-angle X-ray scattering, chromatin
