Studying the changes of the membrane structure with the development of the spontaneous leucosis in AKR line mice was the aim of this paper. Similar phasic fluidity changes of lipidic and proteinic regions of the membranes with lag of the stages in lipidic areas with respect to proteinic regions was observed. It was shown that the structural state of membranes plays one of the central roles in the patalogy development.
