SPECIALITY OF PIGMENTS ACCUMULATION AND ITS RATIO IN DUNALIELLA SALINA TEOD. CULTURE UNDER DIFFERENT SURFACE IRRADIANCE

Abstract (English):
The speciality of pigments accumulation and its ratio in batch culture of D. salina under the different level of cultivator’s operational surface irradiance were researched. It is experimentally shown, that the variation of cultivator’s the irradiance level in the range 60-250 Watt·m-2 influenced on pigments content and total carotenoids in D. salina culture, as well as on its ratio. Thus, surface irradiance increase by a factor of 4,2 (from 60 to 250 Watt·m-2) caused 1,4-1,7 times growth of Car/Chl a ratio.
