EFFECT OF A PULSED MAGNETIC FIELD ON THE ANTIBACTERIAL ACTIVITY OF BENZYLPENICILLIN SODIUM SALT

Abstract (English):
The strengthening of antibacterial action of benzylpenicillin irradiated by a pulsed magnetic field at certain values of energy and the number of pulses was found. The object of the study was the bacteria Escherichia coli . The effect of a pulsed magnetic field a single-turn and multi-turn inductor on powdered penicillin, as well as on an antibiotic in solution, was studied. According to reliable increase of the zones of lysis of Е. coli compared to control was tried about the antibacterial effect.
