The application of PA in biomedical practice is currently of great interest to scientists in various fields of knowledge, due to the effectiveness of their action and their great affinity for biological cells. For the first time, we have purposefully studied the mechanisms of action of a number of PA with a known structure of the molecule on artificial and biological membranes. For the first time the analysis of changes of structurally functional properties of erythrocytes, modified PA antibiotics used to treat infectious diseases and fungal infections (amphotericin b and its derivatives, nystatin, levorin and its derivatives, etrusckomicyne and philippines).A dose-dependent effect of the interaction of antibiotics with erythrocyte membranes was detected, determined spectrophotometrically by the time of interaction with the modifier.
