The influence of aqueous unmodified fullerene C60 dispersions (AFD) on the total number of heterotrophic bacteria in aquarium water has been investigated. The stimulating effect of AFD on the number of bacterioplankton in the concentration range from 0,5 to 50 ppm was shown. The most pronounced stimulating effect of C60 on the number of bacteria was observed in case of fullerene concentration - 50 ppm. In all cases at concentrations C60 in a range of 0,5, 5, and 50 ppm were the observed increases of the bacterial cells quantity.
