Abstract (English):
The physicochemical properties of water-propylene glycol plant extracts most popular in the cosmetic industry, the content of flavonoids and anti-radical antioxidants and their stability during storage, were studied. A correlation analysis of the results was carried out. The obtained data can be used for the development of production control methods.
