САМОАССОЦИАЦИЯ ФУЛЛЕРЕНА И ЕГО КОМПЛЕКСООБРАЗОВАНИЕ С ХИМИОТЕРАПЕВТИЧЕСКИМИ ПРЕПАРАТАМИ - ПЕРСПЕКТИВНОЕ ПРОТИВООПУХОЛЕВОЕ СРЕДСТВО

Самоассоциация немодифицированного фуллерена С60 и его комплексообразование с химиотерапевтическими препаратами (в частности, доксорубицином, цисплатином и ландомицином А) в водном растворе рассматриваются как возможная ключевая стадия механизма биологической синергии in vivo и in vitro , наблюдаемой при совместном применении препаратов с фуллереном C60. Выполнена полная характеризация водного раствора фуллерена, выдвинуты гипотезы о природе межмолекулярных сил, стабилизирующих конгломераты фуллерена. Проведена оценка размеров кластеров фуллерена, проведено сопоставление этого параметра с биологической активностью препарата и его комплексов с другими биологически активными соединениями. Впервые предложена математическая модель для расчета термодинамических параметров агрегации фуллерена. Проанализированы результаты применения различных физико-химических методов, позволяющих лучше понять природу сил, стабилизирующих комплексы фуллерена С60 с этими препаратами. Предложен физико-химический механизм, позволяющий, по крайней мере частично, объяснить биологическое взаимодействие препарата С60.
